Hi Dominic
I have photos and the old belona drawring which show the interior for the Pz III. If you semd me your address i will copy the photos and plans and post them to you. I live in england
On the side doors, yes it seems from the phots i have seen that they did start to use the area for internal storage. after all they where deleted from the ausf L/M onwards
It may take a few days to find them.
