Just read in a local newspaper that the Swiss army museum in Full-Reuenthal is trying to bring a Tiger II with Henschel turret back to running condition. Work should be finished within five years. The tank was previously at display at the Swiss tank museum in Thun but in very poor condition. Nobody knows how it got there, but it came from France soon after the war. According to serial number the tank was constructed in September 1944. Does anybody know more?
