Not exactly
The B1bis had an APX4 turret and the S35 an APX1 CE (Chemin Elargi - wider ring) but it's true they look much alike. The difference is the armour thickness: B1bis 60mm - S35 40mm.
There were plans to use the APX1 CE on the B1 bis but production could not cope.
