I doubt you'll find any reference photos of an Ausf.G in France as they weren't put into production until at least July. The photo you see is probably an Ausf.E or F. Also there were many more Ausf.G with the 37mm produced, over 150 if I recall correctly.

The dark drey/brown camouflage was discontinued after the battle of France so most likely all Pz.III Ausf.E and F used in the battle would be in this scheme. Off hand I recall the 1st and 2nd Pz.Divs used the Ausf.E and F.
