There were two in the series "The United States Army in World War II"

The Medical Department: Hospitalization and Evacuation; Zone of the Interior

and

The Medical Department: Medical Service in the Mediterranean and Minor
Theaters

I looked through the publication index for a medical Technical Bulletin or
the like on Blood Plasma, but no luck.

I would also try the Army Medical Department Museum

http://www.cs.amedd.army.mil/dptmsec/amedd.htm

and The National Museum of Health and Medicine
