You need "British and American Tanks of World War II" by Chamberlain &
Ellis. First published in 1969 by Arms & Armour and recently reissued (like
the German Tanks books) in softback. They had copies at Motorbooks in London
last time I looked. Also at

Also newly published (2000) is Allied Armour Of WWII by Ian V Hogg (Crowwood
