Many thanks to Kurt and Christophe, and to Michael, who emailed direct with
the whole article. The Fine Scale Modeler article was the one I had in
mind, though I'll now go to my old AFV G-2 index, too (wonder who never got
paid for writing that article?). FSM was the last placed I'd have looked,
so you fellows really saved me time and frustration!
