Yes ther were some IS sereis recovery vehicles developed post war.

The Osprey book on the IS has a small section on these variants. I have a
review of the book on Track-Link.

" ... After discussing the IS-3, the book covers post war developments and
post war use of the entire series. The text concludes with a discussion of
the variants including heavy assault guns, missile launchers and recovery
vehicles."

Cheers
