The definitive guide is from Tom Jentz in his Tiger I book. I think the
modification chart is on his Panzer Tracts website. The chart will let you
set up a kit to model a particular chassis number or maybe one built on your
birthday, or conversely, look at a photo and narrow down when the tank was
built.
I've never seen on of these in real live, so I can't comment on particulars.
