What picture are you talking about?

I looked at Achtung Pz again, and on pg 95 they show a drawing with the links and the long pin, but not how it's retained.

On page 50 of Spielberger's PzIII & It's Variants there is a drawing of the track links with the long pin, and a 'splint' used to retain the pin. The detailed photo on the same page shows the long pin, and you can see the hole at one end for the retaining pin.

Anyone else got a picture or a link to that? The 1:1 scale house I've been assembling/repairing/filling with junk has slowed my scanner work!
