Hi James. I've been trying to track down the same info for about two years without any
real success. Here are the contents of a message which I posted on Missing Links some time
ago (I'd just post the link, but couldn't get it to work):

tank flatcars. Since then, the site underwent a complete metamorphosis and I lost track
