By tarp, do you mean the convertible top?? If so, the Tamiya kit comes with a top that is folded down(open), but no option for a raised top. If you want a raised top, you will have to scratchbuild one or get the DML/Dragon kits of the Kubel that have both the open(folded down) and closed tops. Hope this helps!! Andy
