I'm currently building the CMK conversion to the Tamiya 2 1/2 ton truck. I've got three questions:
First, the spare tire was carried behind the cab, how was it held? The CMK kit provides a sort of open box, but I have a photo of a restoration that shows a carrier like the one included in the Italeri water tanker. Two, in the area where the spare tire was carried on the standard GMC, is there a tool box? CMK provides one and one can be seen on the restored truck; the tech manual's one photo of that side of the truck does not show it. Finally, where was the rack with the pioneer tools mounted? The restored truck shows this rack mounted immediately above the previously mention tool box. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Thanks, in advance,
Mike
