| Hello Kurt, My thanks for your mail. I have to agree with you when you talk of the workmanship of these fittings, I have studied various Pz1Vs in Israeli hands. One of these Pzs still has the original markings showing through the faded paint, this one has the ribbed anti-slip finish, it all looks 'right'. The quality of the work, welding etc, the original brackets all faded paint to match the rest. I have looked at others with post war repairs they dont come close. I know the Czechs refitted a number of Pz1Vs postwar but would they have rebuilt track guards exactly right down to the last nut and bolt. Thanks again Gordon. |
