Is that the M3 or the M3A1?
In either case it indicates that the skirting (or the disc at the bottom
of the octagonal turret) has to be too small. Still, its better than
nothing. I can make the skirting or disc if I have to and I have a
supply of proper sized turret rings. Work, sure, but who doesn't like a
bit of work every once in a while.
