Marc's link has lots of great photos to help you with the uniforms and
equipment colors. Keep in mind that the standard uniform color,
Feldgrau, was more green than grey, especially in contrast to US and
Brit uniforms (Patton is reputed to have told black GIs that he didn't
care what color they were as long as they killed the bastards in green
uniforms). Each hobby paint brand has it in the line, and you can get
variety just by using several different brands.

The halftrack camo would most likely be the '43 standard dark yellow, to
which you can add green and redbrown splotches, streaks, or light areas
of overspray - I take it that you do not have a photo resource that you
are using and just want a generic scheme (I always advise getting one
good photo book for a reference, just to get the feel of the time and
place). Again, these three colors are in most hobby paint brands, but
avoid mistaking an Afrika Korps yellow for the later dark yellow. The
halftrack would likely have a three digit number centered on the side
top of the armor (make the first two numbers a 1, 2, or 3 to be safe) in
red or black with a white outline, but many didn't. The ausf. D would be
the most likely version, but there were a few Cs (both Tamiya kits)
still around and even As and Bs (some conversions available from time to
time) used by commanders who'd had them fitted out to suite their needs
and didn't want to change Hanomags in mid stream.
Best of luck,
CTew
