Hi Paul,

There must have been other tractors, but I've seen several photos of those being towed by turretless captured Renault
R35 light tanks (in the book "KETTENSCHLEPPER der Wehrmacht 1935-1945" by Fred Koch, Podzun-Pallas).

On one photo, in very muddy terrain, there are even TWO R35s hitched to the gun.

You could use the Heller R35 and modify it.
