A short time ago someone posted a message to the effect that they though the Tamiya Brummbar fighting compartment was too tall (I can't remember if it was here or on another site). Well, I recently had the opportunity to visit APG and measured the example they have there.
I came up with a total of 51 1/4" (about 1300mm)from the top of the roof plate to the bottom of the compartment excluding the track guard lip.
In 1/35 scale that would be 1.464" (37.14mm) aprox.
Tamiya's kit measures 1.414" (35.90mm)aprox.
So, if anything the kit is about .050" too short.
Just a little bit of trivia for y'all.

Mark
