basically because as he was there.

And, supposedly the Bovington resto team determined the true colors; the 2-tone scheme they recreated - that is completely unoticeable in any of the pics I've ever seen of Tiger 131!

But OTOH, if you look at any of the old color pics of Tiger 131, it sure looks green to me too!

Oh well, I'd never hesitate to paint a Tunisian Tiger in a pale-ish green, sand two-tone. Makes a sensible cammo scheme.
