Several types of Panzer IV tanks were used, at least through the Ausf. D or E. Not sure of the F though, as these were very early war vehicles done before the F entered service in 1943. Allied and Axis magazine an issue or two ago detailed the Karl and Munitionspanzer pretty well, and the Munitionspanzer is also in most books covering the Panzer IV.
Schmidt made a vac conversion for the Italeri Panzer IV that, while basic, is quite buildable, and has 1/35 plans. CMK offers a resin complete kit which, aside from incorrect sprockets, is pretty nice and not too expensive I guess. |
