Dear all,
It is acknowledged that front mounting brackets were post war modifications/updates.
But what about the rear square plates (with hole) on both sides?
Issue 10 of AFV Modellers shows a WWII vintage Chaffee that is lacking these very visible features.
For the question now: To depict a WWII vintage M24, shall we leave these square plate or get rid of them?
By the way, what were these square things intended for?

Many thanks for your collaboration,

Chris
