Hey joe dont worry they gang up on me also (re; selling diarams) The new trend of over weathering is pretty fancinating anyways. I find a non weathered straight off the assembly line look unrealistic and boring. I do agree though that the trend now in modeling comes in waves as someone displays a technique and soon everyone takes a try to master it. Not long ago no one did scratches and chips we do now. Only the Shepard Paine enthusiats would do a tank interior and thirty shades of rust but with the after market stuff everyone can now attempt it. Not all vehicles ever detoraited the same during war and therefore a molder has a wide field of choice althought I agree the extreme of weathering is now the norm.
