In using the Semovente against it's former owners, it had become a
turncoat or traitor. Front line troops often took the same attitude
towards those soldiers, the Zombies, who had sworn to do their duty for
their country then refused. So to many soldiers fighting and dying in
Italy and NW Europe, a Zombie WAS a traitor.
