Dragon has what I believe is a Honda XR250 or XR650 as part of a US light infantry set. I think Tamiya offers/offered whats probably the same model bike (1:1 scale version, not the kit) as part of a JSDF recon team.
Scale Model Accessories from England has a DKW125 and a Triumph, maybe some others like a BSA?.
SOL from Korea has a BMW and a Triumph, maybe some others.
Tamiya has a BMW R75, a Zundapp KS750, and a DKW NZ350. I think Aber and Eduard both offer photoetch kits for all three. (That about quadruple the cost of the kit naturally!)
It's not quite a motorcycle but Dragon offers a Kettenkraftrad.
