Not to be an anal retentive bolt counter, but it seems kinda fanciful to
me. The gun weighed at least as much as the Kubelwagen, with later
versions of the Flak 38 weighing even more than a Kubelwagen. From what
little reference I have,

- the Kubel could only carry 500 pounds or so;
- the lightest Flak 38 weighed 890 pounds or so;
- the heaviest Flak 38 version weighed over 3,000 pounds.

I doubt the vehicle could move much, if at all, if this thing were on
it. And the first bump in the road would probably blow the suspension
all to heck. No telling what would happen when it fired; me thinks the
little truck would tip over, ala the Panzer I when they first mounted
the SiG 33 on it and tried to fire it.

I HAVE seen photos of Horch's and Krupp Protze trucks carrying Flak
30-38's this way however, so who really knows? These are the same people
who thought the Triebflugel was a "good" idea...
