Hi Paul,
I'm pretty sure the idler is the same (Ram/Sherman) and they are fabricated
from sheet steel. Of note on the idler wheel is the "undercut" around the
edge. This has been impossible to depict using injection molding unless a
separate outer ring was made that you could glue on. That's probably how
you'd do it if you were scratchbuilding. Time for the Olfa cutter.
