Now forgive my ignorance of second world war armour, especially US stuff, but the Academy advertisement showed the m36 with the ball mg mount, but the markings on the side were the big white star. Did the other countries that used the m36 with the ball modification also use the US marking ? this is why we thought it was originally incorrect, the photo looks like a US m36 in WW2 markings. thats why we thought it was a blunder! however, am curious (as an afterthought) as to why other countries would use the US markings ? especially France, being so proud of their own abilities, and the Koreans with their own idea on how to do things altogether!

Anyone wish to set me straight on this hurdle to my appreciation of what academy is actually advertising ?

Regards

Adam
