HI
A few questions on the Scammell Pioneer Tank Transporter. I've asked over at ML, but didin't get much exept for a guy namned Mike Starmer. I hope for better luck here.
1. A good colour for a late NWE Scammell, i'm thinking of Gunze OD no 52?
2. Engine colour. On the photos i have the renovated military ones and pictures of built Pioneers the colours range from vehicle colour like mid stone/sand to OD/dark green through grey-white, metall/silver and gun metall. Whats correct? Vehicle colour, Gardner delivery colour or something else? Vim Kok painted his grey-white.
3. Headlight configuration. AA (and pictures from the dessert) have one big lamp, Airfix have two big ones, photos of restored and AA SV2 show two small ones above front towing coupling/bumper and i've seen one photo with a big one above and two small below "bumper". Should i get a second large one or the small ones from AA's SV2?
