This might be a long shot, but since no one else has replied- The only specifically naval kit I can think of is the AA Bedford OY Polsten anti Aircraft- if you could find someone who has bought the kit or ask AA if you could have a copy of the painting instructions it might tell you what you need to know. Beyond that the only advice I can give, is to say that Normandy beach group vehicles were the same as the army equivilants.
