Tom Jentz & H. Doyle's Panzer Tracks book on German SP AA is the best book I know for photos and description, and not too expensive.
James Blackwell and I had a back & forth on this vehicle at ML last year and James was right in that this vehicle was not a SdKfz 251/17 like a few books mention. I do not have my Jentz book handy to reference, but it is actually a SdKfz 11 with armored cab (no armored hull bottom?) with flatbed and AA gun. Several are reported to have been used as armored transport after removing the gun, which is where the US Army got the mistaken idea of a 251 munitions carrier version.
There are a few versions of this made in 1/72 scale.
