On March 17 March 1941-Two tone cammo order for all vehicles used in Afrika. Gelbbraun RAL 8000 and graugruen RAL 7008 both matt. Gelbbraun is to be the primary colour (two thirds), the remaining third is graugruen. Edges are not sharp, but feathered.
On 25 March 1942 change to braun RAL 8020 and grau RAL 7027.
Braun primary colour(2/3) and grau 1/3.
I would suggest you get the Camouflage Colors book that has colour chips by Tomás Chory for good reference of true pigment hues. |
