Andy,

That all depends on what the armour is made of.

The density of plain carbon steel is around 7600kg per cubic metre. Steel armour shouldn't be a hugely different. Titanium weighs in at around 9000kg per cubic metre but has a higher specific strength hence they can use less titanium than steel saving weight in the process.

For the size you specify you'd be looking at around 17kg.
