| There are different versions of the gun with muzzle breaks. The type with the large baffled type break was not used in N. Afrika. That type was a late war effort that mounted the 105mm on the carriage of the PaK 40 and fitted a new large break. The earlier type guns were used on all fronts with and without break. |
