A close up photo appears in an old book (1984) called Last of the Panzers: German Tanks 1944-45 by William Auerbach. Photo no. 104 is on p. 56-7. shows no zimmerit on the tank. In addition , the Panther has the early round mantlet (no reinforced dhin armour), and does not have the welded rings on the turret sides nor the heater fan.
A similiar steel-wheeled Panther in Actung Panzer No.4, on p.38, shows serial no. ?21052 with the same features as La Gleize's "221", except that this tank has the raised heater fan. Judging by the camouflage pattern on both tanks, there is a strong possibilty that both came from the same factory.

Cheers

Dan
