Subject:  Marder III Ammunition binsList thread.

Hello all,

I am currently building the Tamiya Marder III complete with the CMK interior and Eduard set. My question is simple. The covers for the ammunition bins, where they kept on the vehicle or were they discarded. I have only seen a few pictorial references. The Eduard set shows them to have two straps, one at each end. Now this indicates to me that they would be pulled off to give the crew the ready access to the ammunition. But would the crew discard them, over the side off the vehicle, or keep them in the rack at the back?

Also does anyone make additional ammuntion sets for the 7.62cm PaK 36(r) I'd prefer empty cases as crews don't have loose rounds rolling about!

Any help as always is always appreciated.

Regards,
Brian
