It is the raman 'I' only. Just like a lot of other Tiger I in 503, there is a wood log hanging on the RHS hull of the vehicle in the second picture. You can find the same pictures in the books below.
Page 64 and 65, Der PanzerKampfwagen TIGER an der Front Bildband und Tiger Fibel im Bild, Dainippon Kaiga.
Page 48, Tank Power 13, PzKpfw VI TIGER vol. 1, AJ Press.

There is also another one in Der PanzerKampfwagen TIGER .....
Pageg 31, Unknown number of 503. The picture was takne from 6:30 angle. The vehicle featured FuG8 antenna (star antenna) on RHS hull, FuG5 antenna on turret roof, FuG7 on LHS hull and a spare antenna case located on left side of rear hull, between left exhaust and left rear fender. Features that normal early Tiger I had but not this one are,
1. exhaust cover
2. air filters.
