I'm currently in the marking phase for my GMC truck wit Bofors AA gun:

It was only used by the Free French from 1943 onward, but I don't have any references for the markings used on these trucks. The instructions of the conversion kit (by Masters Productions) show small french flags, a star on the bonnet and license plates, and I don't know whether that is correct. Can anyone help me out?
