Hi Philippe,

The book is old, as reference titles go, and much of the technical information in it such as numbers produced and identifying features of specific ausfs. has now been shown to be incorrect, suspect, or bogus. Tom Jentz, who advised on the book, tried to submit a comprehensive list of corrections for the "revised" edition, but was turned down by the publishers.

But having said that, the book is still useful to me as a simple list of the various German armoured vehicles in action, especially as I must confess I wouldn't know the difference between an SdKfz.234/2 and a 234/4 without annotated photos! ;o)
