Photos of M4 105mm in Commonwealth service are not that common but there is one (in Italy) in the old Osprey Vanguard on the 'Sherman in British service'. The Tamiya kit is a suitable starting point and I have seen a chap use the front part of the 47deg M4A3 hull with the back half of the M4 upper hull to get the correct rear end (deck, fuel fillers and upper rear plate) and a very good job he made of it too. Obviously the lower hull rear is different too.
