| Subject: | Dingo Scout Car | |
| Date: | Jan 19, 2005 |

Hello all,
I'm looking for some info at the Daimler SC, asp. of 11th Hussars in NW-Europe.
1. Sometimes a "twin K" gun was used: is this the same as the twin Vickers? Does anyone have some info about the mounting?
2. The crew could use smoke at retracting. Was this fired from the Dingo or did they do that by hand?
3. For camouflage, sometimes the crew painted the car in OD with a disruptive pattern (black). Did they do so after the landings? Was this an irregular pattern or did they mostly use the Mickey Mouse ear pattern.
Who can help me?
Kind regards,
Jan van Harn
