I've also noticed that the lubrication diagram from the maintenance section of the T-34 short service manual (http://www.gjames.com.au/chris/t34/t34-service-7.html) shows suspension tower 3 as being different to the others. I suppose the angle might be worked out from this if the diagram is dimensionally correct.

The trumpeter kit may actually have the angle of the tower correct as there is definately a different angle shown on the rear face of their hull insert. However the front face and line of the spring/shock is the same as the other towers.
