 Subject:  Ok, here are initial Tiger I exhaust shields (DAK).List thread.

I said there were two square shields and one round one, well that’s back to front.
The 501 in North Africa made the two interim types of shield prier to the factory fitted one coming out. They are both very distinctive in that they have the slits that look like “shark gills” on both sides (presumably to assist air flow around the red hot mufflers).
There is a plethora of shots showing the shields so I don’t think I’m doing anyone out of their money by posting a few shots for you :-.

The bottom shot is of more interest to me as it shows the vortex pre-cleaners in what must be dark grey factory paint (could be red oxide primer or very dark green from a three tone cam job but me thinks not really :-).
