There is a photo in "Tigers On The Western Front" that has an initial Tiger I that was in the service of the 10th Pz. Division's 7th company without the shields but does have the pre-filters (of note is the two flappers valves are facing off to the right, as in both in the same direction). The photo was taken at the Roman ruins of “El Jem” in North Africa. The Tiger is noted as being 732/10Pz Div. in TOTWF and as the ex-132/sPzAbt.501 in “The Modeler’s Guide To The Tiger Tank”.
