This information is from the homepage of jpsmodell.de
he is a german manufacturer of acrylic paint and has a a lot ot reference on his page. the page is german and english.

"The exact Color is unknownt!


An eyewithness (he had painted the vehicles then) told, that some Tigers where painted with a "Green" italian Air Force Color.
This was caused by the lack of enough RAL 8020 Sand Yellow Paint and the RAL 7021 Dark Grey Tigers where too visible.

Unfortunately he was not able to tell "what particular Green was used".
Italian aircraft greens: Verde mimetico 1, 2, 3 and 53192, and verde olivia scuro 1 + 2

To see the colours see his homepage. i do not think the tiger is a model, but i guess the picture was manipulated somehow, because yes...the antenna looks strange.
