As Pz I ausf.F also served with 7. SS div. Prinz Eugen in Yugoslavia, it is possible that is wears scheme of yelow-ochre with pattern of curved lines of hevily sprayed dark green , as rest of the division. Earlier, it probably wear standard dark gray.
There is one displayed in Military museum in Belgrade, Serbia, but it hasn't correct scheme...if You are interesting e-mail me I will send You photos
