I don't have a TOE before me but they might not delinieate the various subtypes anyways. In general, these were the main variants in theatre for the periods you're requesting:
M4, 75 (d)
M4, Hybrids 75mm (d)
M4 105mm howitzer
M4A1, 75 (d)
M4A1, 76mm (w)
M4A3, 75 (w)
M4A3, 76 (w)
M4A3 105mm howitzer
M4A3 75 (d)
The M4A3 (75W and 76) along with M4 (75d) and M4A1 (75d) would be the most numerous, in general
