Dennis Stronks sent me this picture of a Dragon Wagon in British Service. Contrary to most of the refs the British must have had at least one. My comments to Dennis are tagged at the bottom of this message, I'd be interested to know if anyone has any further thoughts or comments.

"Thanks Dennis this is a fantastic picture and a new one to me. Definitely British from the census no. (I get H5828?62, but your guess is as good as mine) and the crew seem to be in berets, the chap on the trailer also looks to be wearing a British type water-proof jacket.
I wonder if the vehicle was actually indepentantly operated by the technical intelligence section and that's why it doesn't appear among the normal Tank Transporter references? The evidence of re-painting around the window frames is curious aswell- like you say, US markings being covered over perhaps?"
