Zimm-It-Rite was sold by R&J Products but unfortunately has since been discontinued.
I would recommend using Mori Mori putty (available from Rainbow Ten or HLJ) and is very popular with Japanese modelers.
Check out Sam Dwyer's Panther with beautifully executed zimmerit using Mori Mori zimmerit
