Somua S-35
This is Heller's old and not so good Somua S-35 kit. As you can see, we have bought an Airedale replacement turret to replace the horrible kit item. The viewports and the rear of the vehicle needed considerable work to bring them up to scratch, especially the viewports and the final drive housings. The kit uses raised lines to indicate some panels, including the viewports on the front hull. I cut them off, made a plastic card template, and scribed new lines. i must have added close to a hundred rivets/bolts by now, and the end is still not in sight.
