I have had some problems but I have worked out a technique of holding
off gluing on smaller bits of a model till the oil wash is wiped off.
The small bits are aged separately and then glued on. I once had the
single link treads of a DML Sherman come apart when I did a wash- AAURGHHGH!
As far a turpinoid I will see if we have that here and try it out.
